Matt Damon speaks about his wedding vow renewal

Matt Damon, the Hollywood actor, has now stated that he was forced to call off his plans to tie the knot with Luciana Barroso in Florida in the year 2005 after knowing that the paparazzi had been tap-off regarding the nuptials. The Talented Mr. Ripley actor wed with the mother of his 3 children at New York City’s City Hall on 9 December in 2005, and recently on13th April they they renewed their marriage vows on St. Lucia island.

Matt Damon stated that it was really important for the pair to cement its love relationship in front of friends and family in a huge way as his wife was robbed of her special day 7 years ago. While speaking to a leading magazine, Matt told that this is really nice to say your vows in front of your family. That is the point of taking the vows. One of his vows was he gave her the side of the bed closer to the bathroom. And if he does not stick to that, he would hear about that from his family members.

He added that they were gonna get married over Christmas in the year 2005, and then someone got wind of it, and his publicist told him that these people are going to Miami, where they used to stay at that time. They thought that their whole holiday break was going to get ruined with people hanging around everywhere, with helicopters and all other stuffs. Then they literally ran towards the city and just got wed really quickly, just to kind of nip that whole thing in the bud.
